Role Description
This is a Part-time on-site role for a Data Analyst Instructor located in Kathmandu. The Data Analyst Instructor will be responsible for delivering training programs, conducting data analysis, and facilitating communication related to data modeling and statistics on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of managing complex datasets.
Priority given to candidates with extensive experience in the banking or finance sector, especially in areas like financial modeling, risk analysis, or customer data insights.
Expert-level proficiency in data analytics methodologies, tools, and industry best practices is mandatory.
Strong and comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is essential.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable, though not mandatory; candidates should be capable of delivering engaging and practical training.
Ability to design and deliver industry-relevant training content is a plus.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Banking, Finance, Information Technology, or Statistics is required.
Candidates with a Master’s degree will be given higher priority.
