Job Summary:The Project Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing large-scale sales opportunities for Crash Barriers, Wire Mesh, Towers, Hydropower Components, and other fabricated steel items. The role involves engaging with government bodies, contractors, and private clients to generate business, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and approach potential clients such as NEA, Department of Roads (DoR), Hydropower developers, Municipalities, Contractors, and Infrastructure Companies.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, EPC contractors, and consultants to secure new projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and demand for Crash Barriers, Wire Mesh, Towers, Hydropower Components, and other fabricated items.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management.
- Develop and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions based on client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close high-value deals.
- Project Coordination & Client Management:
- Work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide clients with updates on delivery schedules and ensure post-sales support.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or infrastructure sales.
- Strong network with contractors, hydropower developers, road infrastructure firms, and project consultants.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Experience in selling Crash Barriers, Wire Mesh, Towers, Hydropower Components, and other fabricated items.
- Knowledge of hot-dip galvanizing, fabrication, and construction project execution.
