We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive and manage Channel AC Sales. The ideal candidate will focus on retail and dealer outlets, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and grow dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Sales Analysis: Analyze AC sales performance across all retail and dealer outlets, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
2. Market Insights: Stay up to date with the market size and demand trends for AC sales to ensure alignment with market conditions and customer needs.
3. Enhance Dealer Sales: Develop and implement strategies to boost dealer AC sales, ensuring they meet sales targets and achieve profitability.
4. Competitor & Market Strategy: Understand competitor products and their sales strategies, and adjust product and sales approaches accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Product Placement: Ensure optimal product placement in retail and dealer outlets to increase visibility and drive sales.
6. Expand Dealer Network: Work on strategies to increase the number of dealers, broadening the reach and availability of products.
7. Sales Training: Provide training and support to dealers and retail staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
8. Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive channel AC sales.
9. Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets to adjust strategies as needed.
10. Customer Feedback & Improvement: Collect customer feedback from dealers and retail outlets to improve the product and the sales process.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· At least 7+ years of experience in product management, sales, or channel management.
· Strong understanding of AC sales, retail distribution, and dealer networks.
· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.
