Position: Manager / Training Program Coordinator

Skill Hub Academy is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager / Training Program Coordinator. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills to oversee training programs and manage daily operations effectively.
- Oversee the execution, and evaluation of training programs.
- Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of courses.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance training effectiveness and student engagement.
- Manage course schedules, training materials, and logistics.
- Supervise and guide team members, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Maintain records of students, trainers, and training sessions.
- Handle administrative and operational functions to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in marketing and promotion of courses to attract students.
- Collaborate with management to improve course offerings and institutional growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant education and training standards.
- At Least Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, training, program coordination or as a manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for training coordination.
