Job Description

Our client specializing in high-quality silver ornaments and silver utensils, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee its operations at Indrachowk & Bishalbazar. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team, managing daily store activities, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise and manage a team of up to 8 staff members, including sales associates and support staff.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
Ensure excellent customer service by training and motivating staff to maintain high standards.
Maintain financial records, sales reports, and other necessary documentation.
Work closely with senior management to plan promotions, offers, and seasonal sales strategies.
Ensure the safety and security of the store, staff, and valuable inventory.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations of staff and provide necessary training.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in jewellery or precious metals industry
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of sales, marketing, and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
