About the Role:

We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to be the voice of our brand. In this role, you’ll interact with customers across multiple channels, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive experience. You’ll also focus on building strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and personalized support. What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers via email, phone, and chat with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication to build trust with customers.
  • Document interactions, feedback, and resolutions to improve customer insights.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to check on their well-being, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to create FAQs, guides, and best practices.
  • Provide on-site support and training for customers as needed.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English (written and spoken).
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office, Anydesk.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel (with travel reimbursement provided).
