Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our cybersecurity services, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to scale Bugv in Nepal and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy focused on cybersecurity services like VAPT, bug bounty programs, and security consulting.
- Identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and close deals with corporates, financial institutions, and government sectors.
- Work closely with the technical team to align service offerings with market demands.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contracts with clients.
- Represent Bugv at conferences, industry events, and networking meetups to enhance brand visibility.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and cybersecurity regulations to develop datadriven strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships in IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, penetration testing, and bug bounty programs.
- Proven ability to develop, pitch, and close business deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking skills with decision-makers in Nepal’s tech and business ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B sales, government procurement, and IT services sales is a plus.
