Assist with tasks assigned by the manager or mentor while gaining hands-on experience in Operations Support within the assigned traineeship domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn efficient filing of medical claims to payers for reimbursement with appropriate documentation as necessary
- Learn to post patient payments and insurance payments
- Provide coverages for all essential function activities such as data entry, claim filing, claim auditing, and cross-training on package protocols per assignment
- Learn to identify and correct or pend discrepancies and claims with missing or invalid information according to established protocols for investigation and resolution
- Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by management/mentor
- Support senior members of the team with daily deliverables by learning the standard process used
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Willingness to work night and morning shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based applications
- Must have good language proficiency in English
- Positive attitude awith a keen willingness to learn
- Ability to perform assigned tasks independently
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships in a team environment
