Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Manager (outbound) located in Nepal at Golden Gate Holidays. The Tour Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of outbound tours, ensuring smooth logistics, coordinating with tour guides and porters, and providing exceptional customer service to domestic and international travelers.

Qualifications

Experience in tour management and operations
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of languages like English, Chinese, German, Spanish, Italian, French, and others
Customer service-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
