Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager** to join our team at Futuressoft Technology. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nepal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth within the IT and media industries. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients, with a focus on the media industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans aligned with company goals to explore new markets and services.
- Preparing and presenting proposals, agreements, and contracts, while leading negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Assisting in setting up and optimizing office operations in Nepal to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in business development, IT/Software sales, or a similar role, preferably within Nepal and abroad in IT/Software industry.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, culture, and business practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and grow a high-performing team.
- Fluency in both English and Nepali is essential.
