Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, a deep understanding of technology, and the ability to connect with and attract top technical talent. As a Technical Recruiter at AAPRO Consulting, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Screen Resumes: Review and evaluate resumes to determine the suitability of candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and motivations.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Manage Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of job offers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both candidates and clients.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and advancements in technology.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within an IT staffing agency.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of various technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Tools: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
