Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct customer interactions, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present our fintech solutions and address their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on sales and marketing data to improve strategies and tactics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in sales and marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative thinking and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
