Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor at EDUPORT in Biratnagar. The Counsellor will be responsible for assisting individuals in making informed education decisions, providing guidance on course selection, career paths, and academic planning. The day-to-day tasks include conducting counseling sessions, administering assessments, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and understanding towards individuals' education needs
• Knowledge of various educational options and pathways
• Ability to provide guidance on course selection and career planning
• Experience in conducting counseling sessions
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
