Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, office coordination, and administrative support activities. The role involves handling communication channels, maintaining records and documentation, supporting daily office operations, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with basic knowledge of MS Office applications. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, social media messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate and transfer inquiries to concerned departments in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients with basic shipment, logistics, and service-related information.
  • Open, maintain, and follow up on job files while coordinating with departments for documentation and record management.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, documentation, and maintaining office files.
  • Manage front desk operations, office supplies, and daily office coordination activities.
  • Support attendance, leave records, and basic HR and administrative tasks when required.
  • Assist in organizing office meetings, programs, events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate with different departments to maintain effective communication and workflow.
  • Proactively support administrative operations with day-to-day coordination tasks.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in front desk, administration, customer service, or office coordination preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Basic knowledge of emails, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and office coordination.
  • Professional attitude with strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
