- Provide timely shipment and service updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Accounts.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Handle multiple priorities and urgent client requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution and proper follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, or relevant field.
- 1-2yrs Experience in client relations/customer service/logistics preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, responsive, and responsible attitude.
