Job Description
- Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of retail stores
- Set and review sales targets in coordination with store managers and sales teams
- Ensure all operational and compliance standards are consistently met across retail stores
- Analyze sales margins, cost structures, and profit/loss statements to identify improvement areas
- Review and validate discounts, pricing strategies, and promotional offers
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability and stock optimization
- Generate and present accurate performance reports, sales forecasts, and financial dashboards
- Conduct regular visits to stores to oversee ground operations and team performance
- Support training, SOP implementation, and maintain strong internal communication with stakeholders
Job Specification
- 2 to 4 years of experience in retail account management, business analysis, or sales operations
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, P&L management, and performance metrics
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/analytical tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred
