Job Description

• Advice / Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships abroad for students.
• Assist with activities to promote overseas educational institutions represented by the company and/or provide the most suitable study options to students based on their profile, needs & aspirations.
• Guiding students with applications and forwarding student applications to universities.
• Provide telephonic counseling to the leads of all resources & invite them to walk into the office for counseling.
• Meet foreign university delegates.
• Representing company during fairs and events.
• Liaising with Universities and University officers.
• Providing counseling face to face, over the telephone, or online.
• Working with individuals, families, or groups.
• Keeping confidential records.
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
• Listening to clients' concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way.

Job Specification

• Should have 3-4 years of working as a counselor and at least 2 year of experience in Senior Counseling. 
• Must have knowledge about visa processing, documentation.
• Excellent Command in English and Nepali (Speaking, Reading and Writing).
• Must have a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Must have creative writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Benefits

• Salary: Nrs 45,000 - Nrs 55,000 per month based on experience.
