Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Counselor to join our team at Miracle Education Services Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you have to:
- Guide students and parents on study abroad options (countries, universities, courses, and eligibility).
- Provide end-to-end support with university applications, visa processes, and interview preparation.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure regular follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date on international education trends and visa regulations.
- Coordinate with global partner institutions and support outreach events such as fairs and seminars.
- Build trust and maintain transparent communication with students and parents throughout the process.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Counseling preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in education counseling or similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of visa and admission procedures for countries like UK and USA is a plus.
- A passion for helping students achieve their academic goals abroad.
