Job Description
- Routine tasks related to Human Resource and Administration
- Provident Fund Related task
- Job analysis and job descriptions
- Conduct job analysis of each positions of the company
- Prepare job descriptions for each job position on the basis of job analysis
- Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
- Recruitment and selection procedure
- Orientation
- Training and Development
- Performance Management System
- Develop and implement the performance management system
- Develop performance plans for the employees
- Develop supervision and progress reporting plans
- Develop appraisal system and implement the same
- Reward System
- Any other HR related matters that may arise
- Ensure all office administration issues are taken care of such as purchasing/ repair of any office equipment/ network by coordinating with suitable person
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the office by taking care of any office administration related tasks.
Job Specification
- At least Masters degree with specialization in Human Resources.
- Preferably experience in manufacturing/trading company.
- Fluent in both Nepali and English.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have good knowledge on HR systems.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Should have patience while dealing with employees.
- Should be creative enough for putting in place better HR policy.
- Should have outgoing personality with good PR.
