Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Junior SEO Executive with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of SEO tools, strategies, and performance tracking. You will play a key role in boosting our organic visibility, leading on-page and off-page initiatives, and collaborating with content and development teams to drive traffic and search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP monitoring
Execute and monitor on-page SEO tasks: meta tags, internal linking, site structure, schema markup, etc.
Support off-page SEO strategies including link building, guest posting, and outreach
Track and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with ranking goals
Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues by coordinating with web developers
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates and implement changes accordingly
Prepare detailed SEO reports with actionable insights

Job Specification

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in SEO
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
Familiarity with technical SEO concepts including crawlability, indexation, and page speed optimization
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
