Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer – LT Control Panels to join our team in Biratnagar. The role involves designing LT panels, preparing detailed engineering drawings, and ensuring technical compliance throughout the project cycle. The candidate will coordinate with production, procurement, and clients to support smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare SLDs, control schematics, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams for LT control panels.
Develop accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and select suitable switchgear and control components.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable quality, safety, and technical standards.
Coordinate with production teams for proper panel fabrication and assembly.
Handle technical communication with procurement and ensure timely material availability.
Provide support during design reviews, client approvals, and technical clarifications.
Maintain documentation and assist in design updates or modifications as required.

Job Specification

B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Good knowledge of electrical switchgears, control gears, and distribution systems
Ability to read, interpret, and prepare SLDs, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Prior experience in the panel manufacturing sector is preferred
