We are looking for 3 enthusiastic and customer-focused Coffee Baristas to join our team at our outlet in Sunkoshi-6, Sindhuli, BP Highway.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages, maintaining excellent service standards, keeping the bar area clean and organized, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other café products according to standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and professional service.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and service area.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
- Assist with inventory checking, stock replenishment, and minimizing wastage.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance.
- Respond to customer requests and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
- Coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
