We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Baristas to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and other drinks. The ideal candidates should have an interest in coffee preparation, good customer service skills, and the ability to maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, and consistency in a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages according to the menu.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when required.
- Ensure consistency in beverage taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station and service counter.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies and report shortages.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
- Familiarity with coffee machines and beverage-making equipment is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and handle busy service periods.
