Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Multitasking Officer to directly assist the CEO in managing operations across three interconnected companies. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities including outreach, marketing, networking, events coordination, documentation, counseling assistance, and strategic support.
1. CEO Assistance:
- Serve as the right hand to the CEO by managing communications, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and support high-level decision-making processes.
- Assist in inter-company communication and execution of directives.
2. Outreach, Marketing & Networking:
- Coordinate outreach campaigns and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and collaborators.
- Assist in preparing marketing content and supporting brand promotions.
- Represent the company in external events and networking platforms.
3. Counseling & Admissions Support:
- Engage with prospective students or clients for initial counseling and guidance.
- Maintain inquiry databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide front desk or backend support during admission seasons.
4. Events Assistance:
- Support in planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events.
- Coordinate logistics, volunteer teams, and event documentation.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and manage official letters, reports, proposals, and data entry tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems both physical and digital.
- Track progress on tasks and provide weekly updates to the CEO.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools.
- Proactive attitude with a solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently under pressure.
- Previous experience in events, admin, or educational institutions is a plus.
