Job Description
- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of hardware, software applications, programming and systems network and integration of Management Information System.
- Prepare budget for hardware and software required for MIS.
- Prepare and establish procedures and standards for access to data processing facilities and the data itself.
- Coordinate with the employees involved in using information systems and help them to understand the configuration of the systems.
- Ensure routine backups are performed.
- Prepare various reports as per management requirement.
- Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
- Assist in maintaining and updating of website and intranet.
Job Specification
- Must have excellent supervisory skills and must be able to communicate with management and users on topics relating to the operation of MIS system.
- Excellent Computer Skills (Basic and Advance Excel Knowledge)
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System Management, Computer Science or Information Technology. Certifications in areas of network administration, information systems audit and systems development will be given a priority.
