Job Description
The Exchange Sales Staff is responsible for promoting Two Wheelers exchange programs by educating customers on resale value and benefits, handling exchange transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customers throughout the purchase of new two-wheelers.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain two wheeler resale value and exchange benefits to customers in a clear and convincing manner
Assist customers by providing complete exchange details for both new and used two-wheelers.
Generate new sales through exchange and direct sales activities
Guide and support customers throughout the new two-wheeler purchasing process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Job Specification
BBA/BBS passed or studying in the final year.
Two Wheeler License is mandatory.
Knowledge of motorcycles & scooters.
Good communication skills.
Customer handling & reporting skills.
