Job Description
Position Overview:
The Marketing cum Documentation Officer will play a dual role, combining marketing activities with documentation management to support the company's operational and strategic goals. This role requires a dynamic individual with a knack for communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Duties:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including events and digital marketing initiatives.
Documentation Duties:
- Prepare, review, and manage documentation related to company operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify necessary documents.
- Ensure timely submission of documents for projects, tenders, or compliance requirements.
- Handle correspondence and communication related to documentation processes.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in marketing and/or documentation roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with documentation software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Creativity and problem-solving ability to enhance marketing efforts.
