Job Description
Job Purpose:
To deliver high-quality instruction in Nepali and English languages that enhances students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension abilities using engaging, inclusive, and student-centered methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Curriculum Delivery
Plan and deliver interactive lessons aligned with the curriculum in both Nepali and English.
Integrate literature, grammar, creative writing, and comprehension activities.
Apply STEAM education strategies and soft skill development when relevant.
Foster development in all four language domains: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Assessment & Evaluation
Develop, conduct, and grade class assessments, assignments, and examinations.
Track and evaluate student performance regularly.
Maintain updated academic records and progress reports.
Classroom Management
Establish a safe, respectful, and supportive classroom environment.
Use positive discipline techniques and promote active student participation.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with faculty, academic staff, and parents for holistic student development.
Participate in meetings, training programs, workshops, and other school events.
Maintain effective and timely communication with students and guardians.
Professional Development
Regularly update subject knowledge and teaching strategies.
Attend professional development and teacher training sessions.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Nepali, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
B.Ed. degree or STEAM-based education background is preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a similar capacity
Valid teaching license or relevant teaching training preferred
Language Proficiency:
Excellent verbal and written command in both Nepali and English
Strong grammar, spelling, and composition skills in both languages
Skills & Competencies:
Student-focused, creative, and adaptive teaching approach
Effective classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in using digital tools and multimedia teaching aids
Collaborative attitude and passion for literature and culture
Ability to integrate language skills into real-life applications

Working Hours:
Sunday to Friday, 7:50-4:00 pm
