Job Description

Collect, verify, and organize student documents (transcripts, certificates, recommendation letters, SOPs, financial documents, etc.).
Assist students in preparing and submitting online applications to universities abroad.
Guide and support students in visa application processes, including form filling, document preparation, and interview scheduling.
Maintain student records and update progress in the CRM/system.
Ensure all applications meet university and visa requirements.
Coordinate with universities, embassies, and external partners for smooth processing.
Keep updated with changing admission guidelines and visa regulations.

Job Specification

1–3 years of experience in admissions processing, student documentation, or visa counseling (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
Knowledge of university online portals and visa application systems.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related fields).
