Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to oversee core accounting functions at our office in Jorpati. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of accounting principles and the ability to manage end-to-end financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries and ledger maintenance
- Oversee and reconcile stock and inventory records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all transactions
- Coordinate with departments for expense verification and approvals
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and cash flow management
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in accounting software like Tally, Busy, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of stock and ledger management
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and integrity
