Maintain enterprise clients list properly
Issue credit invoice and deliver it to the concerned clients
Follow up for payment regularly
Payment collection from client premises
Collect/delivery of documents to client as per required
Make entry of income in E-bill system
Coordinate with all concerned regarding billing and collection
Provide reports regarding billing/collection/income at required times
Balance statement/ TDS/ VDS verification
Need to visit customer end as required.
Handle other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Job Specification
Experience in related field at least one year
Good speaking manner and listening skill
Must be interested to deal with customers.
Should have good communications skill.
