Job Description

Greets individuals entering the building (e.g. associates, visitors, vendors, etc.) and directs them to appropriate personnel and or location
The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintains and updates employee and building information (e.g. schedules, staff directories, emergency contacts, etc.) in order to provide reference information.
Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stockKeep updated records of office expenses and costsPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxingProvide excellent customer service.
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.

Job Specification

Female with a minimum of one-year experience
Good communication skill
Possess high customer service.
