Job Summary

One of our Subsidy company is hiring a Marketing/Branding Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer for its EV Automobile initiative within the manufacturing sector. This role supports brand growth by planning marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, and improving customer engagement to drive leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing and branding campaigns for EV automobile products, including offline promotions and digital content support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, sales, and service) to ensure accurate product messaging and timely campaign readiness.
  • Develop marketing collaterals in coordination with design/agency partners, such as brochures, flyers, and social media creatives.
  • Support lead generation activities through events, dealership/partner coordination, and follow-up tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance using available tools and prepare simple dashboards and reports for management review.
  • Manage event logistics and brand presence at exhibitions, roadshows, and customer engagement programs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across channels by reviewing content, claims, and promotional materials before release.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or campaign execution within a business-to-consumer or business-to-business environment.
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively, including handling multiple campaign deadlines and maintaining work accuracy under timelines.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, including responding quickly to last-minute changes in campaign requirements, approvals, or event schedules.
  • Ability to work independently and also in a group, including working with sales, service, and external partners to deliver campaign outcomes.
  • Proficiency in social media content support and basic digital marketing workflows (campaign scheduling, content coordination, and performance tracking).
  • Familiarity with CRM/lead tracking methods and reporting formats used by sales teams to track inquiries and follow-ups.
