Job Description

The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and strengthening the company’s brand, leading marketing strategy, executing campaigns, driving customer engagement, supporting business growth, and measuring marketing performance.

The role requires a person who can combine strategic thinking, creativity, market understanding, communication, and commercial awareness to develop and execute effective brand and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s brand strategy, positioning, identity, and marketing direction.
  • Prepare and execute annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage digital, social media, content, advertising, promotional, and offline marketing activities.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, content calendars, creative assets, and paid advertising.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research and convert insights into marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage product launches, promotional campaigns, events, activations, partnerships, and other brand-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, media, influencers, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Work closely with Sales and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives support business and revenue objectives.
  • Develop marketing KPIs and monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI/ROMI.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Lead and coordinate the marketing team and ensure timely execution of marketing plans.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication and customer experience across all relevant touchpoints.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree/MBA or relevant advanced qualification will be an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience OR equivalent demonstrated expertise in marketing, branding, advertising, digital marketing, consumer behavior, market research, business development, communications, or related areas.
  • Experience may be gained through corporate employment, consultancy, entrepreneurship, academic teaching, research, professional projects, or a combination of these.
  • Candidates from academia, including professors, lecturers, and faculty members working on a full-time or part-time basis, are eligible to apply if they possess relevant marketing/brand expertise and can demonstrate the ability to perform the responsibilities of the role.
  • Practical experience in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, research, brand initiatives, digital marketing, or business-related projects will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand building, marketing strategy, consumer behavior, digital marketing, social media, market research, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, creative thinking, analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to connect marketing activities with customer and business outcomes.
