Job Summary

This role is for an experienced professional who will drive sales, operations alignment, and customer satisfaction while ensuring targets are met under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end business results for the 3-wheeler automobile segment, including sales performance, customer retention, and market execution.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure production plans, timelines, and product readiness meet business demand.
  • Plan and execute business strategies covering dealer/channel management, promotions, and demand generation activities.
  • Monitor key commercial metrics (orders, dispatches, inventory movement, collections, and warranty/returns trends) and take corrective actions.
  • Oversee pricing, quotation, and proposal support in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders to protect margins.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations across sales, service coordination, and after-sales processes.
  • Build and manage a disciplined reporting cadence for weekly/monthly performance reviews, forecasts, and action plans.

Job Specification

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business leadership, sales/operations coordination, or commercial management within manufacturing or automobile-related industries.
  • Ability to perform under pressure — deliver targets during peak demand, supply constraints, and time-bound dispatch schedules.
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively — handle multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines without compromising decision quality.
  • Ability to work independently and also in a group — lead cross-functional execution with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and sales teams.
  • Proven experience in commercial planning and sales execution for automobile/auto components or similar products.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing-to-market linkage — ability to translate demand forecasts into operational plans and dispatch readiness.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing dealership networks or channel partners specifically for 3-wheeler or similar vehicle segments.
  • Familiarity with warranty handling, spare parts planning, and after-sales service coordination.
  • Exposure to ERP-based business reporting and inventory/dispatch tracking.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to lead a key business line in a growing manufacturing organization.
  • Structured onboarding and cross-functional support to enable execution across teams.
  • Competitive non-cash benefits aligned with Nepal employment standards (as per company policy).
  • Learning and development opportunities through internal process improvement and leadership growth.
