Job Description
Hulas Khadya Udhyog Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and result-driven Retail Sales Executive to strengthen its sales operations in Kathmandu. The role involves field-based retail sales activities, developing strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring effective market coverage to increase product visibility and sales volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets, grocery stores, and distributors within assigned areas on a daily basis.
- Promote company products and ensure proper product placement and visibility.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
- Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment collection where applicable.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and report findings to management.
- Ensure availability of products in outlets and avoid stock-outs.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to the supervisor.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in retail sales or FMCG sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage assigned territories effectively.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and record-keeping.
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of NPR 20,000.
- Daily TADA of NPR 100.
