- Advise senior management on HR-related issues and contribute to long-term business planning.
- Oversee the formulation, implementation, and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Develop and oversee performance management and professional development programs.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Oversee the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Manage the HR budget and optimize resources to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Promote and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Develop strategies to ensure a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
