Job Description
- Install/configure different products/solutions both in house and for clients.
- Research, identity and resolve problems for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network configuration
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue. May require a field visit if urgent.
- Documentation of technical paper works
Job Specification
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Sound knowledge of IT Equipment like servers, routers, computer peripherals and networking concepts of LAN. WAN, VPN, Shared drives.
- Proven work experience of at least 2+ years as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Network Engineer /Telecommunication background or knowledge is preferred
- Two-wheeler license
