Job Description
- Keep in contact with existing customers (retailers and wholesalers) in person and by phone
- Provide reports on sales, prices, contracts and payments to Area Sales Manager
- Maintain records of sales orders and send details to the Area Sales Manager
- Report to Area Sales Manager on sales trends
- Advise junior sales officers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Provide guidance to junior sales officers about sales and marketing of company products
Job Specification
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Possess good knowledge of customer interaction
- Good at data entry, data analysis and report writing
- Willingness to travel and work on odd hours
Note : Two wheeler with valid driving license is a must
