Job Description
  • Handle Incoming/Outgoing Calls
  • Handle company emails and communications
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and record keeping
  • Handle outgoing and incoming mails and maintain records appropriately
  • Help the office staff/management to carry out their duties effectively by facilitating in their work
  • Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing/photocopying/scanning/printing/documentation management/Notorized etc.
  • Respond to mail and querries.
  • Set up the front desk appealing all the time.
  • Coordinate with various departments and handle day to day front desk operations.
  • Welcome clients and assist them with their needs.
  • Work by following the bylaws of the company.
  • Book keeping, data entry, compiling and arrangemnets of files and official documents.
Job Specification
