Job Description
- Handle Incoming/Outgoing Calls
- Handle company emails and communications
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and record keeping
- Handle outgoing and incoming mails and maintain records appropriately
- Help the office staff/management to carry out their duties effectively by facilitating in their work
- Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing/photocopying/scanning/printing/documentation management/Notorized etc.
- Respond to mail and querries.
- Set up the front desk appealing all the time.
- Coordinate with various departments and handle day to day front desk operations.
- Welcome clients and assist them with their needs.
- Work by following the bylaws of the company.
- Book keeping, data entry, compiling and arrangemnets of files and official documents.
