Job Description

Heifer Project international Nepal (HPIN) is a non-profit, humanitarian organization dedicated to ending hunger and poverty and caring for earth by providing livestock, education, and other resources to help poor families become self-reliant. HPIN invites application from eligible Nepali citizens for the following position:

Procurement Officer: 01

Major Roles and Responsibility:

  • The Procurement Officer will efficiently implement the operational plans and targets related to procurement.
  • He/she shall work in close liaison with stakeholders (like SWC), maintain legal documents of the organization and assist in compliance matters. 

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized university in Business Administration or Business Studies with minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar context is required.  Experience in working with an international organization is preferred.
  • Other job-related education and experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements
