Computer Support
- Manage any customer call related our web application and POS software
- Manage Symantec Antivirus
- Manage iPhones and Android applications testing
- Assist office staff with PC Projects, Printers, Projector, Scanners, and Excel
- Administrator our all customer Web-Site
- Maintain web advertising
- Develop all Social Media applications, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Manage Tropo phone services, Fax services
- Ordering all computers, printers, etc. and shopping for best price
- Electric Innovations Phone troubleshooting and computer troubleshooting
- Maintain callierid equipment
- Manage godaddy account, POSX hardware and scan source ordering
- Sales Support
- Email bids, quotes, credit apps, spec sheets and any other information requested by sales staff.
- Develop sales fliers, thank you cards, etc.
- Enter incoming leads into our Lead Generation Report, and Outlook Contact. Send out LGR at month end for update.
- Spec Sheet, POP ordering and keep Spec Sheet room organized
- Manage facebook, twiter, Instagram and youtube account
- Manage SEO GOOGLE BUSINESS ACCOUNT
- Organize web conference calls
- 30/60/90 Day Prospect List, Monthly and Key Account reports, receive at end of month
Job Specification
