Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd. is a well-established company in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunication, since 1999. We classify ourselves as a multi-disciplinary team of planners, engineers and consultants providing various levels of products, services and solutions on offer.

We are looking for skilled candidate that has good technical understanding of hardware and software maintenance of IT products, assist internal technical team on related issues as well as provide field/remote support to our clients and customers.

• Provide support to employees or customers regarding hardware and software-related technical issues, giving instructions on how to use different programs and devices.
• Oversee networking connectivity within the organization; maintain and resolve issues with networking equipment
• Evaluate, provide recommendations and install computer hardware/software to improve overall operations
• Provide assistance, support and training to users for identified difficulties.
• Create documentation and guidelines on how to use different types of hardware and software, providing team members with information about what gives customers the most issues, their concerns, and the solutions to these common problems.

Job Specification

• +2 or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent troubleshooting skills – identify, analyze and resolve hardware, software and network related issues
• Sound understanding of networking concepts, implementation and management
• Great communication skills – able to assist with clear instructions in layman’s terms to clients
• Passion for learning and engaging with new hardware/network ideas and concepts
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license

Remuneration:

• Remuneration offered 20K/Month (negotiable for the deserving candidates)
