- Hardware software Customer support
- Taking backup of windows, outlook data, and restore
- Should have knowledge of Windows and MAC OS, printer installation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Should have knowledge how to setup cabled or WiFi LAN, Cabling configuration
- Able to do onsite troubleshooting of hardware and software
