Job Description
- Continuous follow up after initial contact to constantly remind the customer about their outstanding amount
- Drafting and issuing appropriate notices to the customers requiring clearing of arrears or warning of potential legal actions
- Managing issuance of all required statutory notices prior to engaging recovery action
- Negotiating and restructuring facilities where such action increases chances of recovery of the debt
- Ensuring that restructuring done correctly in a legally binding manner without prejudicing original contacts and security
- Keeping collection cost in check
Job Specification
- Candidate should have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Candidate should be fluent in English Speaking and Writing and good interpersonal skill
