Job Description
- Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure that deals are finalized and implemented with proper MOU
- Manage and enhance relationships between the company and its clients
- Provide support services to the existing client base while ensuring high usage and renewal of contract.
- Coordinate with Inbound Marketing team for activities related to events,
- Plan for better user experience for clients
