• Trouble shooting Hardware and Softwre Related Issue
• Network Installationg and Network Management
• Network Troubleshooting
• Data Backup
• Antivirus Installation
• Printer setup and sharing
• Email application configuration and troubleshooting
• Router, switch, Access Point, Network devices etc. setup and troubleshooting

Job Specification

• Should have very pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Ability to set priorities and work independently
• Should attend telephonic support requests concerning technical issues and general inquiries
• Should be ready to visit and provide necessary support to customers at their premises
• Should create reports and update to supervisor on regular basis
• Should co-ordinate with other departments for effective service delivery
