Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd. is a well-established company in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunication, since 1999.We classify ourselves as a multi-disciplinary team of planners, engineers and consultants providing various levels of products, services and solutions on offer.

We have been working with numerous corporates, INGOs/NGOs as well as government offices in the years passed by. One of such esteemed clients is Nepal Telecom,with whom we have maintained goodwill relations for over a decade, collaborating on various projects like Internet DATA Bundling Partner for the Nationwide distribution, NT Bus Internet, 197 Call Center and many other projects.

Another of our recent venture has been in the field of customer service solutions for Banks, Hospitals and government offices by offering Queue and Appointment solutions since the past few years.

As a result, we are currently looking for strong, challenging and determined candidate to help us lead the business division of the company primarily focusing on two major fronts – Nationwide campaign for NTC Wireless Internet Data and Customer service solutions ( Queue Management & Online Appointment System) for Hospitals/Private clinics.

• Lead, plan and organize effective strategies to generate business growth over designated projects.
• Map and deliver projections, analysis and research key components to focus team’s attention and priorities.
• Coordinate and manage division of work responsibilities of juniors.
• Organize meetings and discussions leading to genuine business dealings
• Deliver targeted sales and objectives with outstanding results.

Job Specification

• Bachelors in Engineering or any relevant field (BE preferred)/Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
• At least 7 years of working experience in a similar role
• IT and Telecommunication knowledge is a must
• Strong leadership
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to minute details
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong problem solving nature

Remuneration:

• Remuneration offered 50K/Month (negotiable for the deserving candidates)
• Other facilities are offered as per official rules and regulations
