Job Description
- Create business relationship with schools and colleges through regular field visit
- Develop and implement new marketing plan and strategies, through the analysis of business profiles and services
- Develop, train and mobilize marketing team as per planed
- Perform sales/marketing activities as per plan and strategies
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
- Prepare, plan and manage services and products to maximize penetration in school
- Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate the company services and products to existing and new customers
- Manage and initiate revenue generating activities
- Maintain proper record of the daily sales/marketing activities and present to senior
Job Specification
- Bachelors' Degree in Management preferably with specialization in marketing
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Sound understanding of principles of marketing
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Must have own two wheeler with valid license
