Job Description
  • To ensure that livelihoods technical interventions are delivered to a high quality, and in alignment with WVIN's livelihoods strategy

  • To ensure designs and plans are in alignment with strategy and latest thinking

Job Specification
  • Good knowledge of community based livelihood projects and emerging issues of rural farmers of Nepal

  • Good knowledge of organic farming and co-operative capacity building

  • Excellent Training and Facilitation skills

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Nepali

  • Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation

  • Ability to operate effectively and sensitively in the cultural context of Nepal

  • Willingness to commit to World Vision ethos, vision, mission and core values

  • Self-motivated, confident, independent, creative with strong analytical and interpersonal skills 

  • Positive learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable people
