Job Description

To ensure that livelihoods technical interventions are delivered to a high quality, and in alignment with WVIN's livelihoods strategy
-
To ensure designs and plans are in alignment with strategy and latest thinking
Job Specification
-
Good knowledge of community based livelihood projects and emerging issues of rural farmers of Nepal
-
Good knowledge of organic farming and co-operative capacity building
-
Excellent Training and Facilitation skills
-
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Nepali
-
Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
-
Ability to operate effectively and sensitively in the cultural context of Nepal

Willingness to commit to World Vision ethos, vision, mission and core values

Self-motivated, confident, independent, creative with strong analytical and interpersonal skillsÂ

Positive learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable people
